A beautiful piece of real estate on cosmopolitan Sarasota Main St within steps of Marina Jacks  and Sarasota Bay Front. This was only our bronze package which includes Interior and exterior photography plus a drone package. To monetize the amazing views we also shot a timelapse video from the balcony to show the view looking over the golden gate point bay. We shot this amazing single family home in the gorgeous Turtle Rock Community of Palmer Ranch, Sarasota.  There was no need to virtual stage this property as it looked like a model home from the second you walkthrough. This went under contract within 1 day of being listed. Jason Scott of Silver Concierge Realty was blown away by our photography and aerial shots. Again this was just our bronze package but it did it's job and got this property sold!

The views alone will sell this place but of course we had to do those views justice with our photography. We shot our gold package which includes photography, drone photos, virtual tour, 3d floor plan and of course videography. Because this was all about location, the video was all about the views and Sarasota bay with an added timelapse of the sunset!
